1. Services Provided

Kreaite offers a range of freelance services, including but not limited to:

  • Local SEO audits and optimization

  • Content marketing and keyword research

  • Video editing for short-form and long-form content

  • Graphic design and branding assets

  • AI-assisted marketing and automation solutions

All services are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Booking & Scheduling

Free consultations and discovery calls can be scheduled via the [booking link].
For custom projects, a full brief must be provided before work begins.
Turnaround times will be discussed and agreed upon before the project starts.

3. Payment Terms

  • All project fees will be discussed and agreed in advance.

  • Payments are due in full prior to final delivery unless a milestone-based payment structure has been agreed upon.

  • Accepted payment methods include [PayPal, bank transfer, Stripe, etc.].

  • Invoices are issued digitally and due upon receipt unless stated otherwise.

4. Revisions & Feedback

5. Project Cancellation & Refunds

  • If a client cancels the project after work has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed.

  • No refunds will be provided after the final delivery of any digital service.

  • If for any reason Kreaite is unable to deliver the agreed service, a full refund will be offered.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide all necessary information, materials, and access in a timely manner. Delays caused by missing information may affect project deadlines and delivery times.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Clients retain full rights to final work upon full payment.

  • Kreaite reserves the right to showcase non-confidential project samples in a portfolio, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

8. Confidentiality

Any sensitive business information shared during a project will be treated as confidential and will not be shared or disclosed to third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kreaite is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the delivered content or services. You agree to use the services at your own discretion and risk.

10. Modifications to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted here with an updated date.
